Frequently Asked Questions

Coronavirus cleaning

How Does the PSC Solutions System work?

Starting off using mPerial Sanitizer to kill viruses on contact,  the user is now able to have a uncontaminated surface in which to then apply our mPale Surface Barrier Protectant.   mPale uses nanotechnology to puncture cell membranes and stops the ability for the cell to spread.

Are my surfaces safe if I just sanitize?

The daily cleaning of contact surfaces is critical to killing all bacteria, viruses, algae and molds.  But sanitizers' effects wear off by the time you can stop smelling it or it is completely dry.  That is why using a surface barrier product like mPale is critical to stop the spread of microbes.

What surfaces can you treat?

We can treat virtually all solid surfaces like wood, granite, concrete and carpet.  Materials like suede, leather, silk, etc can be sprayed much the same as if using water.  If your surface area does not discolor with water, then our products are fine to use there as well.

How do you apply your products?

The products are applied using a combination of spraying, wiping and fogging.  Depending on the type of surface and the complexity of the surface is how we determine how to treat it.   Most of the time, spraying the virucide without any additional wiping will get your contact areas covered.   Occasionally, we may need to come behind that to wipe down tricky areas.   When applying the mPale Surface Barrier product, we will fog as this gives not only the best coverage but allows for the positively charged chemical to bond to neutral surfaces creating the interlocking barrier.

Can we become a PSC Applicator Partner?

Yes.  We are always looking to partner with other traditional cleaning companies that will be able to take advantage of our experience and knowledge of our specialized chemicals.   You will be provided with training on the application and chemicals, given support at the customer and sales level and can participate in our marketing programs that reinforces how the treatment was done for the customer and what it prevents.
